At MAHI Medical Services Private Limited, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with our products, services, workshops, and training programs. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase or registration.
Products

Refunds are applicable only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Workshops / Training Programs

Registration fees for workshops, seminars, or training programs are non-refundable once the registration is confirmed.

In case the workshop is cancelled or postponed by MAHI Medical Services Private Limited, the registered amount will either be fully refunded or adjusted for a future event, as per the customer’s choice.
Services

Payments made for professional services are generally non-refundable once the service has commenced.
